  "Quran (3:56) - "As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help."
  
  I don't know if you realize that this verse uses the word "I" which means God will be the one punishing ignorant people in this world, not Muslims themselves. How do you jump to the conclusion that this particular verse means Muslims must kill all those who do not believe in Allah?
  
  You can't cliff notes Theology. Try reading the cliff notes for a book you have to write a essay on, instead of reading the book itself, you will probably not receive a good grade.
