  I didn't have a pleasant experience here. I work customer service so it is of great importance to be a kind and "easy to work with customer" when I shop. I initially wanted to return a purchase that was given as a birthday gift (had the receipt and came back within 2 weeks) and the guy who helped me was very nice, helpful and quick. When I returned the next day for an in store pickup, the staff was very rude. No one called me or sent a confirmation email for my order. I had to call only to be told that the order had been ready for an entire day. When I spoke to my associate, she didn't acknowledge me. She actually began to walk off before someone had to grab her attention that I was next in line. She retrieved my order and began talking to other associates and customers. Her service was terrible. No need to take your disgruntled job satisfaction out on customers.
