  Terrible Service Department. Stay AWAY! Here is why: My 2014 CX-5 has been at the dealer due to some curb damage to the passenger front control arm, CV axle, and brakes. It has been 4 business days and one call one second day to tell me they still hadn't looked at my car.
  According to my service consultant the mechanic missed some major issue. No issue with CV axle, No issue with brake rotor, no issue with front rim....
  CV axle boot is not even clamped on, I know this because I had to re-insert the axle after the accident.
  There is a 1 inch chunk taken out of the brake rotor.
  Inside of the rim has a 1/4 in gouge from the control arm that circles the entire rim.
  Also according to my service consultant this mechanic has been at the dealer 30 years....
  I had to request they go back over the car.
  The irony is that I actually gave them a full list of ALL of the damaged parts that would need serviced or replaced when I checked the car in.
  Probably will go there myself and make sure they have all this straight. Physically show them all the things they missed.
  Full disclosure: I used to be an ASE certified mechanic, I also used to run a very successful auto shop in Chicago. Got tired of the industry. Now I remember why.
  I don't blame the consultant, after all the entire MAZDA dealership only has ONE SERVICE CONSULTANT!!!!!
  
  After further run around and having the consultant roll his eyes and put his hand in my face to silence me... It took every ounce of my restraint not to knock this disrespectful punk out of his chair with his smug expression. I can only say stay away. It took corporate and 3 weeks to get my car back. I immediately sold it. I will never own another MAZDA product! Absolutely worth it to never have to deal with Midlands Mazda ever again.
