  I called after they towed my girlfriend's car to check on how late they were open. I was told that they close at 5 and that getting her car would not be possible after that.
  
  I then tried to ask a procedural question as to why they may tow a car even though said car had a valid parking pass, and why they wouldn't contact an apartment so they could notify a owner instead of them thinking that their car may have been stolen. I was told very rudely and mockingly that the apartment pays them to take non-properly registered cars away. I assume for legal purposes.
  
  I was then questioned about her car specifically. I confirmed that the car she mentioned was the one I was asking about. I was then lectured about not updating tags and registration I informed her that there were receipts showing that everything was up to date. She then alternated asking why we didn't have updated the information and why the tags were not on the car. She never allowed me to finish my answers before she mocked me further. She then asked me if I thought they ripped the tags off.
  
  I was on the phone with this person for less than five minutes and after speaking with her I firmly believe any company that would hire someone as miserable, petty, and condescending as this person for customer service has to be corrupt. So I said yes. She then laughed, mocked me more and asked if I would like to speak with an owner. I said I did. She asked my name and I gave it. She then asked if I was the registered owner of the car. I wasn’t, so she said they wouldn’t talk to me. Before I could even ask her name or tell her I wasn’t going to talk to them about the car but her awful customer service she hung up.
  
  In my head I know they probably did nothing wrong but I can never recommend or even respect a company that employs someone like the woman I spoke to.
