  Fantastic way to lose weight! I had my second child in May of 2016 and started the program about two months after giving birth. I have now lost 36 pounds and have kept it off. The people are amazing and the doctor listens to your specific needs. The dark chocolate shakes are the best and I love the fudge graham bars too, but only use those once you are maintaining your weight!! It's definitely a lifestyle change and not a "quick fix."
