  I went in because I was sick and my eyes were sore. I was concerned after conducting internet research that said the combination of the two conditions (nausea and eye pain) could potentially be a medical emergency. I went into the office and received service the level one would expect of an optometrist office located in a Walmart. I was ill when I went into the office, which I told both the person who scheduled the appointment and James K Grant during our first interaction. I was still made to wait as two women who came in after me had their eyes dialated, their subsequent tests completed and left. I approached the desk and let the young lady know I wasn't feeling well and couldn't continue to wait, therefore I might need to reschedule. She notified James Grant after the second patient that was taken ahead of me was released. He then preceeded to hem and haw as if the sense of urgency I created due to my illness was a huge inconvenience for him. He was condescending, dismissive and very unprofessional. Will never return and would not recommend.
