  Always willing to help and answer questions if I have them. I have dealt with Melinda often... she’s THE BEST! She is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to help me! I also appreciate that the associates in the office take time out to call and let me know of any additional services or benefits that I could take advantage of. I also like the yearly check-ins with Brad. He is very personable and thorough while reviewing my information! I have been doing business with them for over 14 years and foresee that I will be a lifetime customer. Giles Allstate is the best!
