  I was a patient here for over 5 years. Out of five years I probably went in and got out once. The wait was never shorter than two hours even though u have an appointment and that's just to be taken back not to mention the hour wait in the room. One day I waited to be seen for 8 hours and I am not exaggerating. I even went to lunch when they went. I really needed to be seen which is the only reason I didn't re schedule. Dr. Sonek was always late every morning which is why his appointments were behind. The first appointment would be scheduled for 8 or 9 and he wouldn't get in until 10 or 1030. Then he always tried to blame the staff and would take his frustration out on them. I did not like the way he would talk to them. Then he never knew my name even after seeing me regularly for five years. I had to cancel many appointments because I could not wit for them all day. Yes there were times I had appointments and would have to leave because I couldn't wait. If you plan to be a patient here plan to take off full days to be seen. They dismissed me from the practice after over five years and told me I would have to find some where else to go due to having too many missed appointments whichwas complete bs because he was the reason I always had to cancel. I'm glad I no longer receive care here and hate it for anybody that wastes their days here.
