  Don't bother with the online appointment system because it means nothing to Dick Smith. I even got a confirmation text. I will never purchase a vehicle or have it serviced at Dick Smith again.
  
  UPDATE - The service manager (Jeremy) contacted me and tried to correct the issue. He made a very good effort to make up for the problem. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 2 stars for his effort.
  
  The reason I was not willing to accept the offer from Jeremy and give Dick Smith a second chance was because the person I originally spoke with had an attitude that he didn't care if I was a customer or not. The thing that would get me to give Dick Smith a second chance would be to know they are doing something about their employees attitudes towards customers. I place a high emphasis on customer service and how a company treats me. If a company is going to hire people that don't care if I am a customer, then I will be happy to find a company that does appreciate my current and future business. The customer should not have to talk to a manager to be treated correctly. This is not the first time I have stopped doing business with a company because of their employees attitudes towards customers.
