  Update: Have had 3 excellent experiences with them in the past so I will probably give them another chance, but recently I dropped off my car b/c they said it would be done in 45m. I returned 1 hour later and it had not even moved from the parking spot. Being too busy to do things quick is understandable, but not keeping your word is not. Just tell me up front!

  I had a great experience with this location. Called for a quote; they beat the best price I had found AND had my preferred tire in stock AND were able to assist me same day. Scheduled an appointment for later in the day, and was in and out in 45 minutes. Service was exceptional, and I appreciated being able to watch through the large window (next to a poster about integrity!) to know that my vehicle was being well-taken care of. I had even taken photos of each wheel ahead of time in the event of scratches on my alloys, but I was pleased to see how carefully they handled my vehicle...and they hand-tightened lug nuts to spec (as they should)! (We had a previous experience with a stripped lug nut at a big box store, so I made sure to ask.) We'll be back when our other vehicle needs tires!
