  I went in yesterday due to a Sinus Infection I've been dealing with for a couple of weeks. The staff was great. Didn't take long to register. I was there for about maybe an hour total & there were 2 people in front of me. The physician was nice, she listened & diagnosed me. I would return again.

  Truly an awful experience. Registered online, received text messages from them for when to be there. Showed up a bit early, knowing we would have to fill out paperwork. Paperwork completed. We both had appointments and times. Those times passed. And we waited. No input from staff on what delay was. Appointment times were long passed, staff was asked when we would be seen. She "didn't know." She informed us that they only had "one provider" available this day, and they normally have two. Okay, then why were we told to be here at that time? Again....didn't know. Wait.... your facility picks the time that we were told to be here. So why wasn't the Staffing shortage taken into consideration before we were told to come? Didn't know. Still didn't know when we might actually go and see a doctor.
  
  So we after 90 minutes of our lives that we can't get back, and we left.
  
  This establishment is most unprofessional medical facility that I have ever encountered. They are also rude and inconsiderate. I will never go back.
