  Been a customer for years, only because I take my 88 year old Dad. We have only received an excellent cut ONCE! Each time I say I'm not returning. Undoubtedly these "COSMETOLOGISTS", are rushed thru school and given a free certification, because they cannot cut hair. Even, basically! I can cut my own hair better many times without even a mirror! It's not worth 11$ and a tip! My Dad is only satisfied because they only charge him 7$ for seniors /veteran. And he cannot see well! Even when I get a buzz cut, it's uneven. HOW SIMPLE CAN YOU GET! Cutting and styling hair is an ART! Please stop hiring those that are not, ARTISTIC! GOING TO SUPERCUTS NEXT.
