  For over a year, I have kept my credit card on file and had monthly prescriptions delivered without issue. For the past two months, my prescriptions haven’t been delivered when promised and i was told it was because I didn’t have a card on file. This is not true. I was treated so rudely and am now three days behind on a medication that I have to take daily for the rest of my life. I will never step foot in there again. I have dealt with many businesses in my life, but have never been treated as rudely as I was a few minutes ago. My dr has moved my rx elsewhere. I like supporting local businesses, but I can no longer support Longs on Millwood. Turns out, three other people I know have had the same experience recently. Where they have always had a card on file and suddenly they’re told they don’t.
