  I am writing this to warn everyone else away from ever using Pool Patrol. My husband and I bought a house last year and contracted Pool Patrol to clean and restore the pool. From that time, it has been an onslaught of mismanagement, poor service, and terrible support. The few instances of good customer care we received are overshadowed by the terrible business practices of Pool Patrol.
  For example, we recently had our pool filter sand replaced at the insistence of Pool Patrol only to learn that the sand was actually fine and didn't need replacing for a long time yet. We could not trust them to advise us what needed to be done nor could we trust them to do the work properly or timely.
  If you are looking for a pool care company, Pool Patrol is not the place to call. Pool Patrol is the place to run from.
