  Upon reading the previous reviews, I was mortified! Customer service is huge deal to me in every aspect of my life. This afternoon, I entered into the building very skeptical. I've been waiting approximately 30 minutes for a temporary nursing license and every single person I've encountered has been very kind and courteous. I am impressed! I am in no way discrediting the experiences of the other reviewers. Perhaps management has since then provided customer service/sensitivity training.
