  Not fit for guests but yet they still sold us a room at full price. The property was under construction there was drywall dust in the air everywhere. To get to your room you had to pass by people using jackhammers inside the Hotel breaking up the floor. The free breakfast was an edible. The front desk was a makeshift room with papers piled all over it. The telephone line was not working so you could not call in to the hotel from outside. There was a noise constantly from workers doing construction on the property.

  The room is beautiful, location wonderful. But morning we left to go to Columbia I get a call"were under renovation, just wanted you to know". So what am I supposed to do? I'm thinking can't be too bad-wrong. No pool, no breakfast, not even an entry to lobby except side of building. Workers on every floor. Staff was exceptionally nice especially because the internet didn't work for the first 12 hours I was there.
