  Maybe management can explain about their tenants noy even being safe in their homes out there. How can this be when you advertise a gated community you should be ashame of yourself. DO NOT MOVE in there it is not safe!

  RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! NOT SAFE!!!
  On Valentine’s Day 2018, a 36 year old male broke into an 85 yr old woman’s apartment and beat her brutally with his fist, he sexually assaulted her and stole her money and jewelry. It made the headlines on all of the local news channels. In the same week, a female was car jacked! The manager and assistant manager lives in the complex as well. About a week prior to this incident, there was a gunfire shooting fight in the same complex. You would think you’d be safe in a gated apartment complex where management resides as well as maintenance technicians but they could care less about their tenants. All they care about is money money money. There is absolutely no diversity in staff at Wyndham Pointe. It would be nice to have some variety oppose to none at all. SMH... Maintenance Technicians are worthless! The majority of the apartments if not all are experiencing what appears to be black mold, particularly in the toilets. They must be cleaned daily which is a lot of chemical inhaling as well as expenses. DHEC needs to come and check this place out. There’s been an abundance of automobile and home break ins at Wyndham Pointe with heavy police presence regularly. Cars have been towed and damaged by Schroeder’s Towing Company even though they were in authorized parking spaces. WARNING! Schroeder’s Towing will never accept responsibility for the damages. This place is reckless. I strongly encourage you to not roll the dice on this one. Do yourselves a favor and take your chances elsewhere. Live to see another day! It may very well appear to be nice on the outside but, as the wise would say, NEVER judge a book by it’s cover as this place is in turmoil! May God Bless You All & Best of Luck to You!
